We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Fresh snow and perfect environment for winter activities. Authentic Tiroler atmosphere reflected in the hotel. Newly built relax area with 3 saunas. Adequately spaced and equipped rooms. Outstanding service and friendly staff. Incredibly tasty food every single day. Great location with nice views. Sufficient parking spaces

We had a fantastic stay at a family-run hotel in this city. The staff, always smiling and helpful, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the newly built relax-area with 3 saunas was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything, and the views from our room were breathtaking. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Spent Christmas at a family-run hotel in Austria. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for winter activities. There was a cozy food area where we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts and dinners. The highlight was the newly built relaxation area with 3 different saunas. The stunning snowy environment made it even more magical.
The beds were creaky and uncomfortable, and the heating system was not effective. Our room was too cold to enjoy any comfortable downtime.

We had an amazing romantic getaway. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making our stay feel special. the food was delicious with a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner. We especially enjoyed the local dishes that were served. the location was perfect - nestled amongst picturesque mountains and scenic views. the spa facilities were also a highlight, offering a great selection of treatments to choose from.
this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel's location was ideal for those who wish to explore the mountains as it's situated in the middle of the natural beauty. the reasonably priced restaurant was excellent and served delicious meals. the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, and the rooms provided comfortable beds and breathtaking views.
Though the hotel had amazing facilities, it lacked air-conditioning in some of its rooms, which could be a problem during hot weather.
